Dr. Rich Raigoza

DC, B.SC. Owner
Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Rich Raigoza is a devoted Chiropractor passionate about optimizing patient recovery, prevention, and rehabilitation. His education includes Doctorate in Chiropractic, Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Cognitive Science, and Contemporary Medical Acupuncture. In addition to his degrees, Dr. Raigoza has been certified in various movement assessment and treatment protocols such as Athletic Movement Assessment and Functional Range Releasing Technique.

His treatment approach is simple: Teach, Assist, Re-test, Reconsider and/or Adapt. Through this method, he is able to explain the diagnosis in simple terms, but more importantly, he tackles the root cause of the problem rather than the symptoms. If progress is going well, we adapt to the positive changes via reinforcement through physical activity. If progress is lacking, we will reconsider the problem and re-adapt to the new changes. He is a strong believer that if something hasn’t worked, there is no point in repeating. This makes his approach unique to each patient and customizable to meet the demands of any activity!

Dr. Rich has been recognized for his academic and extra-curricular success. He has been the recipient of CMCC President’s Award, The Douglas Brown Award, The Governor’s Club Award, and more recently, the Ontario Chiropractic Association’s Recent Graduate Award.

In his free time, Dr. Rich tries to live an active lifestyle with his partner Christine and dog, Tren. He has over a decade of experience in powerlifting along with years of training in mixed martial arts. Originally from Colombia, he spent the majority of his teenage years living in Toronto. Since moving to Ottawa in 2019, he couldn’t be happier exploring everything that this beautiful city has to offer!

Dr. Rich can provide care in both English and Spanish.

Dr. Richar Raigoza is a registered chiropractor in Ontario and a member of the College of Chiropractors of Ontario.
